Technical specifications for wooden doors
Specifications for wooden doors:
1- Door filling:
Solid materials for the interior door posts and its filling.
Modified pine wood to reach 12%, the optimal moisture rate.
Wood panels have their weak points removed and re-integrated to increase their resistance.
The sizes of the external door posts are 28*42 mm.
The external posts are hollowed out from the inside, measuring 6*3 mm.
The inner end of the door leaf is reinforced with a double layer.
Additional reinforcement for the part designated for the door lock.
The door leaf is made of up to 6 mm thick MDf boards covered with natural wood.
The lock section is carved to a length of 40 mm, and the doors can be equipped with movable hinges upon request.
The inner section of the door leaf panels will be designed in a honeycomb shape with a resistance of up to 1.3 kg / cm2 in accordance with the Turkish Standards Authority.
For the doors integrated with glass, they will have the same specifications with additional reinforcement for the areas that will contain the glass panels in the middle of the door leaf.
2- Door frames:
All door frames are made of three layers with a thickness of 42 mm (12 mm MDF layer, 18 mm solid wood layer and 12 mm MDF layer).
All door frames are suitable for the use of organized beams and the grooves will be carved with vertical installation, horizontal gasket grooves and ties.
The outer layer of the door is made of natural wood.
The door jambs will be joined together at 45 degree angles and joined by special screws.
There will be grooves for the gasket groove in the frame edges in order to provide sound and heat insulation.
3- Mouldings:-
MDF panels will be custom-made with a thickness of up to 12 mm and a width of up to 80 mm.
The outer surface of the mouldings will be covered with natural wood.
4- Painting:-
The door will be painted with the best types of varnish dedicated to these works.
All materials used are acrylic derivatives and are safe and do not cause harm to the environment or humans.
The outer layer used for painting is highly resistant to scratches and discoloration.
5- Tests:-
All interior doors comply with the (TSE1905) test standards.
All doors produced with their parts (door leaf and frames) are fully tested on their own simulation devices.
We subject the products periodically and strictly to several endurance tests, including:
Horizontal resistance test
Vertical resistance – suspension test
Heavy / soft impact test
Light / hard impact test
