Sesame

Sesame is an oily plant that contains 50-60% fat and 25% protein and is rich in calcium, phosphorus and vitamin E. The total world production is 3.4 million tons, of which India produces 25%, China produces 23%, Sudan produces 12%, Nigeria produces 4%, and other countries such as Chad, Somalia, Turkey, Mexico and others.

Cotton

Cotton is a plant of the hibiscus family. This plant produces the plant sap which has many uses in the manufacture of fabrics, clothes and threads. Its seeds are also used in the manufacture of oils and as a filler for animals and plants.

Gum Arabic

Gum Arabic is a natural sticky substance extracted from the bark of acacia and sage trees and consists of several sugars such as rye, sucrose, glucose, and some salts, minerals, and acids. Gum Arabic is considered the mainstay of Sudanese trade, as Sudan's production of it is estimated at about 70-85% of the world's production.

The Kabkabi

It works as a treatment for diabetes: It lowers cholesterol and glucose levels, which resists high blood sugar levels. Chickpeas also contain complex carbohydrates that help regulate blood sugar absorption, preventing the development of diabetes and controlling it.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus contains 15-30% organic acids, including citric acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid.

Adaseya

Lentils are perennial legumes of the Fabaceae family, known as Adaseya or Lubiya in Sudan, and known as lentil pea in India. The world production of lentils is estimated at about 4.98 million tons.
