Noodle manufacturing:-
Noodles are made by placing their own mold and the descending threads are exposed to a stream of hot air at a temperature of about 60 ° C to dry them initially so that they do not stick, then they are cut to a length of 25-30 cm to fall on a conveyor belt and spread on it where they are rolled to fall into a box on another conveyor belt to pass through a tunnel about 12 meters long where the braids are dried with a stream of hot air at a temperature of 60 ° C. Drying is then completed.
